My Story

Having worked in public relations within professional sports for more than 15 years culminated in Pippa running her own successful agency. Spending a majority of her career lacking in confidence, she feared speaking in public and had picked up a number of poor habits that affected her health. She suffered with chronic digestion problems and fatigue as a direct result of her career-driven lifestyle and finally sought help in hypnotherapy.

The National Hypnotherapy Society defines hypnotherapy as a ‘skilled verbal communication’ and this is where Pippa’s experience as a leading communicator has enabled her to hone her expertise.

Pippa is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register, which is the professional association for therapists in the United Kingdom.  She adheres to all the codes of conduct and subscribes to the continual professional developmental training required.

As well as one-to-one sessions in person, Pippa works with groups offering workshops and motivational talks influencing teams to reach their full potential.

My Approach

The techniques I practice are a combined therapy that uses the principles of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies.

Working with your own subconscious mind, implementing hypnotherapy techniques, we get directly to the root cause of an issue. We review key moments in your life where you created self-limiting beliefs, negative patterns of behaviour and change those to new, healthier systems of thinking.
