DOES HYPNOTHERAPY WORK?

Yes. Hypnotherapy is the quickest form of therapy and is available to everyone who wants to make a change. Your subconscious mind is your untapped resource; it controls all of your behaviours and is responsible for maintaining your physical and emotional health. It controls processes such breathing, blood circulation, cell regeneration, etc. By accessing your subconscious mind, offering new instructions and suggestions creates changes in your mind both emotionally and physically.


IS IT SAFE?

Yes. The techniques I use are absolutely safe. You enter hypnosis through a deep relaxation technique that takes your mind and body into a calm and relaxed state. You may experience certain emotions during hypnosis as you make sense of why you have the issues you do. You may cry, laugh, twitch a little, but this is all 100% safe and I am fully experienced and trained to support you.


WILL I BE ASLEEP?

No. You are awake, in control and completely aware of everything that is happening throughout the session. It is a sleep of the nervous system that allows a two-way conversation between myself and your subconscious mind. You are fully aware of the conversation.


WHAT DOES HYPNOSIS FEEL LIKE?

Hypnosis is very natural comfortable relaxed state, similar to the feeling you get when you fall asleep except you do not lose conscious awareness. It is a much deeper state of awareness, you are still able to hear and sense things going on. You will notice your breathing will slow down and your muscles become deeply relaxed. 


WILL I LOSE CONTROL?

Absolutely not, you are completely in control and in charge at all times. You cannot be made to do, say, think or accept anything against your will. The level and depth of the hypnotic trance will depend on your willingness to ‘let go’ and trust in the process. It is fully your own experience controlled by you. I will simply be guiding you.


WHAT IF I CAN'T BE HYPNOTISED?

There is nobody that can't be hypnotised. As long as you wish to enter hypnosis, you will. Hypnosis is based on your ability to accept suggestions, you make suggestions to yourself everyday for example; 'I'm going to leave now so I arrive on time for my meeting' 'I am not confident to start my own business, so there is no point in trying' or 'I'm not good enough to sing karaoke, so I'll just watch.’ It is these types of suggestions we make to ourselves that creates the belief that they are true. Hypnosis allows new, more positive suggestions to be placed in our mind.


DO I HAVE TO DO ANYTHING AFTER?

Yes. You must listen to your personalised hypnotic recording everyday for 21 days. I record this for you after the session, it is aimed specifically for your needs and goals. I may also recommend dietary and gentle lifestyle changes as well as supplementation to aid you. 


HOW WILL I FEEL AFTER THE SESSION?

Everyone is unique, some people feel amazing when walking out of the session having released old beliefs they have been holding onto for years, others may experience feeling tired and emotionally exhausted for a day or two.

WHAT DO I GET WITH THE SESSION?

During the session you will gain simple techniques in understanding your mind, the hypnotherapy session itself, self-hypnosis recording and an option of a 21 day follow up period that includes text and email support.

HOW MUCH DOES A HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION COST?

Prices start from £325 per session, depending on the issue being addressed, the length of the session, if the session is online or in person and the number of sessions recommended.
